You send us works – videos of any of Your performances recorded on any video recording devices, or photos of works on ISO and DPI. The organizing Committee is their technically competent handles, then puts on the most viewed yоutube-channel culture channel Center *Constellation* in playlists by genre according to the categories assigned to each roller of account numbers where You can monitor, browse, view videos of other contestants to comment, “like”.

The contest can be attended by:
